More than one blank line between parts
The reviewed Genius guidance places headers above distinct song parts and does not say how many empty lines go between them. LyricLint keeps the separation to a single blank line so the gaps down a transcription stay even.
Convention: One blank line between song parts.
Example
[Verse]

[Chorus]
SecondIn the workbench this reads: Leave one blank line between song parts.

SecondThe fix
In the workbench this finding carries one control, labelled Remove extra blank lines. The fix is classified as safe, so pressing it applies the edit directly — one press, one undo step.
The convention and its limits
