A curly quote in lyric text
The exact curly quote can be replaced mechanically. Lines containing unsupported markup are excluded so the fixer never rewrites uncertain markup.
Convention: Quotes mark titles, speech, and mentions.
What this check detects
Curly quotation marks and the typewriter mark each becomes. A closing curly single quote between two letters is named as an apostrophe rather than as the closing half of a pair, which is most of what this rule points at in real lyrics.
